Advice?

Hey guys, I'm having a little trouble that someone on here can hopefully help me with. Myself and 3 of my friends want to come out to co for the winter (January-April), but I'm having trouble finding a place to stay. It seems like no one wants to give us a 4 month lease, which I understand, but I don't exactley know what to do. If anyone has any suggestions or could even point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks NS
 
Coming out here to live in January is probably the hardest time of the year find a place and job. A good majority of the places and work are taken. Try to come out here earlier than that if possible. Check the local papers like the Summit Daily and Vail Daily for apts and jobs as often as possible. good luck
