Advice on taking photos/Photography Critque

I really liked some of them man. Some stuff Id work on kinda framing it a little better, but I liked alot of them. Also, Id try to embed if you want any responses
 
I thought they were overall pretty awesome, like said before the composition felt a little off on some.

In the first photo I felt the roof too distracting/in frame. Awesome view though.

The dog photo seemed a little underexposed. Just because left side of its face seemed very dark

For the last picture would have liked to see a little more detail in the tree by brightening it up more. Only because it did seem to be the main focus of the picture. But of course these are just what I thought and by no means an experienced opinion. Overall really enjoyed them cheers,

What is a good way to work on framing? like how can i get better at it and know where to have the objects in my shot? not sure if that made sense at all sorry haha.
