Advice on skis

Hey guys,

first time poster but been lurking a while, i need some advice on what skis would best suit me. Aside from crappy rentals years ago the only skis i have ridden are the Line invaders (161's) which i have had for a few years now (i only get in a few weeks a season due to being in the uk) however i was thinking of getting a new pair soon but honestly don't know where to start i bought the invaders more out of 'ooh i want those' than anything else, not that i dont like them i think they are great but maybe a bit too short for me / not enough flex? (almost considered buying girls skis thinking they might have more flex in them)

im 5'9" and about 140 lb and i was fitted last year with some full tilt hot doggers. i tend to ski all terrain but prefer to be in the park but due to the nature of the trips i take i cant always be. also we have a backyard Jib in our house but i will stick with the invaders for that (it seems to be ruining them nicely). skill wise im decent, can ski all levels, hit boxes alright basic rotations and planing on stomping a backflip this coming season (only done on airbags before)...

so i think thats everything you guys need to know to help me find a good ski, i have tried looking around but to be honest i can hardly tell what i would need and i seem to be quite biased towards Line skis. any help on what you would think could be a great ski for me would be great!

many thanks!

Look at some k2 domains, they r fairly soft and they have rocker, which is going to make them both more manuverable, and easier to butter. I would go with the 169, which will ski a little bit shorter because of the rocker, unless u plan on growing still, then I might look at bigger sizes

thanks!, I don't think i will be growing much more. i will defiantly get to a store and try check out the domains see what i think from what I'm seeing they do seem to be a good fit.

other people agree the domains seem to be a good idea? they seem similar to the blends? or does anyone think i would be better off with something different? just trying to get some different opinions and such!

domains would probably be fun. but they're not similar to blends, which are directional, have different rocker, and re more of an all mountain ski.

Thanks for the advice bros +k, i think im probably going to go with the domains, maybe get some griffons to boot? from what i already know and what i have gathered from people i know and such, i guess you just cant go wrong with a good pair of k2's!

go look at freeskier top rated skis i mean volkl's are sick i have volkl last yrs bridges i ski park and on the moutain and on my back yard set up you could get some salomons you cant go wrong there this year i am getting some nithwards they are good too
