Adobe Workflow Vid?

does any one know of a good one? like the final cut gopro one? ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5TtXN5iKyH0 ) or can some one just tell me how to get a really smooth slmo in adobe programs. I have a windows so getting final cut is not a option.

cross out the slomo part but exporting in adobe is now my problem, when ever I export the video comes out really grainy(its not my camera i dont use iso above 400 when skiing and the footage isnt grainy untill after its exported) so does any one know good export settings in primere pro? K+ for answers

What format are you exporting? Or more importantly, what is your distribution format going to be (YouTube, DVD, etc)?

I just use the "Vimeo HD" preset but change the framerate to 23.97fps

720p 24 (or 23.9999 whatever it is) and for vimeo and youtube
