Adobe Premiere Pro CS2 help

So i just got my 40d back from canon and figured i needed to put it to use, so i did a time lapse on the CN tower as the sun went down. I took a shot approx. every 5 seconds, and have roughly 1200 images. Now i have CS2 and i was wondering what the easiest way to put them in a sequence together, as well as changing the frame rate as i have yet to figure this out. I have never used cs2 before, so detailed tips are greatly appreciated. I will post it up here finished for you guys to enjoy.

CHEERS

burn a movie with the 1200 images at 5 secs. them take that movie file and use the speed settings to control it. thats what i do. post when its done.

make sure you use 1080 so you get better res then standard def. (and yes it will work)

its in the settings, you can choose a default length of each clip.

that is if you want to add all the 1200 clips manually. otherwise, i dont know how to do it.

WMM would do just as good of a job and can do exactly what you want automatically...
