Adobe Premiere CS5.5 Help

This is probably a stupid question but when I conform footage from 60fps to 24fps in Premiere the audio doesn't sync w the video. What am I doing wrong?
 
Are you conforming before/while editing or during the exporting process? If before/while editing you should just edit in 60p and then export in 24p, if it's during exporting maybe there's a sync button you missed or something. Lemme know and I'll try to help
