Anyone else get the email from Adobe today? Adobe Muse looks like it will revolutionize website design. No coding or editing html css etc. Essentially looks like iweb on steroids.

Yeah I did get that, Only took a glimpse though before deleting. For a web design noob, I think it's sick. But If I were a coder I would hate it.
 
Thats fucking stupid, good websites can be created from pure code, now a bunch of retards are gonna come in and try to make their own websites for companies. stupid.
 
I agree, but doesn't that seem that's the way most arts and media are going? People making their own music, T2i combined with imovie can produce decent footage compared to how it used to be. The line between pro and hobby in media is becoming very thin.

But for people like me who don't want to pay someone to create a website, this is sure to be a nice tool
 
Which is a BAD thing for our industry, and my eyeballs. A bunch of retards creating websites because they can is going to lead to bad websites - which makes me a sad panda.

When some hobbyist yahoo can push some pixels and make a "functioning" website for a company in their spare time, and charge a quarter what someone who really knows how to make a bulletproof site, those with knowledge and talent get fucked.
 
I feel like this isnt gonna run coders out if business... I feel like those who code will be able to go farther and wider with knowledge of certain codes and ability to work with flash. Will be cool to see what graphic designers do with muse though.
