Adobe After Effects CS5.5 and Premiere Pro CS5.5for $450... damn.

So as much as I think final cut pro x is victimized much more than it deserves, this is an interesting alternative to final cut or avid. I know avid is having some special pricing at $300 or something, but only premiere and final cut are 64 bit out of the three.

There is one catch though, you must be a student of either highschool or college, which most of us are.

64bit versions of arguably the best effect software and damn good video software for $450...

Why through september 8th? I'm fairly certain that this has always cost $450 for college students.

And I was planning on getting it for After Effects alone. Premiere is poop.
 
if you're good enough, you're going to get to the point where you'll actually have to buy the software you use, otherwise you'll get into some deep shit
 
exactly. and honestly, its nice to be able to update your software and not have torrents slowing down your comp...
 
Yah I completely agree haha. Torrents have slowed down my computer so much that I have to start deleting them all.
 
What? how do torrents slow down your computer, you guys must have some shitty computer.

I mean id rather spend $450 on a new lens, I am still at the point where its not required.
