Adjusting look bindings

if you have to ask this question. you shouldnt be adjusting them yourself. philips head screwdriver turn to the right. dont bump it up more than 1 din thouhg. or yull fuck your knee]
 
see the din window? moving from tail to tip, run your finger along the window....and there is a FAT ASS SCREW!!
 
yeah, if the binding were a boner, its the part that you'd blow your load on the chicks face from.
 
there is a screw in the back of the binding. when you turn it right it moves to binding forward and when you turn it left it moves back. its really simple
 
either you're really weak or your springs are waaayyyy too tight and you just fucked your binding
 
No it's true, the heel piece din screw is definately really hard to turn (only going din up though).
