If you take it to the shop you bought your gear from they will probably do it for free..
In a nutshell, Basically on the back of the heelpiece there is a forward pressure adjustment screw which needs to be adjusted so that it is essentially flush with the end of the indentation around it when the boot is engaged in the binding.
You Adjust the heel length so the boot heel is almost touching the heelpiece, engage the heelpiece fully, check that the forward pressure is right. Take the boot out, engage it again to check, and if the forward pressure is still right then you are in business. If not, adjust and repeat
If in doubt, give it to a shop though
