adding grab to 3's

you need to have your 3 dialed off a descent size table, then just practice taking off and doing a 3 in a crouched low position...then all you have to do to start getting a safety is reach a little more down for your ski...it just takes practice like anything

 
you should be able to grab without even thinking about it for it to be good, meaning dont look where your grabbing, or think about doing it at a certain time because if you do it will mess up your rotation.

for me i just drop my hand down and focus on my rotation. the grab will come naturaly. if you can do 180 grabs than 360s are no harder just spin faster
