Adapter For A Lens?

In front of me I am holding a

0.35X High Def Fisheye Lens

and a

XIT Pro Series 0.43X High Def AF Wide Angle 58mm Lens

Both have Macro adapters along with them.

I own a Canon Rebel XT, how do I go about attaching them to the body of the camera?
 
put them over your kit lens. might need a step up/down adapter ring.

can't remember if i needed an adapter ring. also if you're using the wide angle/fisheye part you have to have the macro part on for it to be in focus fyi.
