what do guys think makes a successful action sport shop, and what do you think breaks ones?

i think establishing a good relationship and support in the with community and i think employing people that are active in that community can really break it.

im interested to hear what everyone else thinks
 
be willing to adjust prices for locals or kids, know what the fuck youre talking about, sell small companies skis/clothes, and be polite
