ACL Protection

Anyone have some ACL protection tips in general? I am curious about a few for this season. I have heard that one of the best things you can do to save your ACL's is if you land back seat it is much better to wash out than to fight it. Is this valid advice? and what other advice is there?
 
Tips in General

Hip mobility exercises EVERY DAY.

Squats with excellent form.

Cycling.

Warming up before you ski.
 
Just try and warm up every day and stay in shape, be careful too, tearing the ACL is worse than breaking a leg. It has such a long recovery time.
