Account Tag System (to find other NSers)

I’d put this is site discussion but nobody check that so here we go: what if you could create tags and you could tag your account with a specific ski resort, and then be able to check what other members share the tag. I just think it would be cool to see what other NSers ski nearby, and a tag system could be used for many other things. Thoughts?

Yeah regional tags showing up on a map, marking different resorts like they do in the buy/sell forum would be cool

also it could be used to tag large ski universities, towns etc

My hill’s pretty small so I’ve never had that happen, but, like, how did those kids end up with NS stickers? Are they randomly buying them because they look cool?? Do people give them away?

I’ll give away NS stickers at sommet edelweiss if anyone wants them, I wish people on here were more recognizable

yesterday I asked two high school age kids that I saw ripping in my local park if they used Newschoolers. their reply? "You mean the instagram page?"

NS will be selling a rfid card next year that whenever you ski near another NSer that has the card, they both will play a voiceline like "Pee in her butt!", "Solid 7!" or "Thats so core". No better way to break the ice over a classic NS meme!
