Hi,I'm currently in first year engineering at UBC. Two of my friends and I are deciding a place to live together on campus, and we will all be at least 19 by September 2011. I have done some research on UBC housing website. I have set few options: Fairview, Marine, Thunderbird. Marine drive looks new and nice but some ppl say the rooms are smaller than totem/vanier? Also it's bit of walk to bus loop/village.
I'm also wondering are electricity/water costs all included in the rez fees? Or we have to pay those ourselves?
Anyone know anything about these rez? Which one is better? If we don't end up together in rez is there any other options close to UBC? It'll help us so much!
