a simliar situation happened to me with abstract mall, i emailed them and they replied immediately and ended up sending me a bunch of stuff including my original order all free of charge.
Send them an email, i'm sure they'll help you out
if it was ordered at the beginning of december, it should already be in the mail and at your house, unless you are an international order, in which case it may have been held up in customs.
