Ableton live tutorials?

hey i recently had knee surgery and i have a lot of free time on my hands. i would like to learn to do some stuff on ableton, so i was looking for tutorials and if anyone has any that they thought were real useful post em up. im really looking to do anything with ableton except mixing because i dont have a midi controller.

just muck with it man....no better way to learn a program. Live 8 has built in lessons that will really help you get started.

Youtube is your best friend when learning ableton. After doing the built in lessons, just search around on youtube for tutorials. Not necessarily just ableton either, as most production programs are all pretty similar and can do the same general stuff.
Good luck getting into it! It's super fun and really rewarding to make stuff that you like. One tip: try to stay away from sample packs and presets, learn to use synths and do it yourself. Once you get the hang of it you'll have your own unique sound instead of the same sound that everyone else has.
And you could join the producer's cult on NS too, there are some good tips in there
