Ability to 'watch' video comment sections

Or maybe enable quoting in this section so you receive alerts.

Just some way that tells me there's more activity on a video I've commented on. This can apply to news and pictures too.

Maybe they could even be replied to so that the reply shows up right underneath the original comment. now ain't that fancy.

Maybe we could get alerts if we could maybe quote comments or do the @_________ and you would get an alert
