I noticed two things about the Header
First, Sell and Trade forum is in the header twice, once under "Forums" and the other is under "Gear" i am apposed to neither, just something i noticed. But i would say logically it should be under "Gear"
Second, however is a suggestion. I Think that the header should be designed that the sub sections under each category should be physically centered under the category's title, because its easy to catch another category when trying to move the mouse over to the other side of the header to go to the desired subsection. For example, when under the "Gear" category trying to get the "Sell and Trade" subsection its easy to catch other Categories like "Contests" or even more annoying the "Home" Category, which then you have to go back to the "Gear" Category and then go back over to "Sell and Trade". Its not the end of the world, but since you are working on the site now anyways, why not fix that.
