A situation

So Let's Say I got jumped by a few coworkers, Let's say I worked at a resort and Let's say I want to go tell the police that they assaulted me for exercising my first amendment rights. Maybe they jumped me because they don't agree with my opinions, and if I told the police they would get fired, and the resort(that possibly condoned their actions btw) would have a major image problem and people(other than dirtbag locals) started to boycott the resort (and I got a nice pay out, thanks to a lawsuit). How hated would I be. Mind you

People lose jobs,

Resort Tanks,

Another sue happy person who gets money for doing the RIGHT thing.

Sueing a company for because you got in a fight with your co-workers may be legal, but it's a huge bitch move IMO

Also I highly doubt that any resort would tank because you talked shit and got beat up but good look

I got jumped over the summer, couldnt sue due to lack of evidence. If you have a pile of witnesses, or good video evidence, fucking go for it If you're getting payed out.

If you don't have one, or both, don't waste your time. Sorry for being blunt but other than working with them I went through the same shit.

Good luck, getting jumped fucking sucks.

So you got beat up but didn't call the police or speak with resort management at the time? Why tf not? This isn't high school bro where kids get away with fighting each other. Who cares what people think. A crime is a crime, even if your annoying mouth deserved it.

You sound pretty self concious. Obviously sue dude this isnt grade 8. Either rally some guys to fuck their car up or be mature lol

If you got jumped by a group of people, then yes you should go to the police. If they lose their job over it, then that's their own dumb fault. Now as far as suing a mountain over the thing.. That's where you lose me. Lawsuits are shitty and everyone loses imho.

When you say the mountain may have condoned it.. Are you talking about 1 person that worked for the mountain who gave them a high 5 afterwards or literally the whole staff and upper management telling them to go kick your ass?

Are these your coworkers?

You need evidence. Evidence you got jumped and a paper trail that you told resort management about the ordeal. it doesn't sound like you have either.
