That's right it's there, somewhere, on private property by the ocean. But it's there and it is perfect (apart from the knob at the end)

it's not too steep, i'll come down for a party or something, then we'll do it the next day, and you might not have to saw the knob, but bring a hacksaw just in case.

What the fuck do you expect? It's like leaving a crackhead in a room full of crack, you know what's gonna happen.
