Bishop has the best defination i guess but when u look at SHiller, he has covers, ads, everyone knows him but he is AM stil (i think anyways)
to add onto what Dave said though, a paid salary (not free gear or free lift ticket) but an actual salary and paid to go to events and shoots is another good indicator (again, shiller gets that and he's am....why not make him pro and make this easier for us!)
