I thought of it when i saw someone created a thread wondering how much pussy pro skiers get haha. I'm just curious to how all these pro's out here afford fancy trips to exotic places and such. For example Jacob Wester, i've been reading his blog and he's basically been travelling everywhere and not staying put in one place. How do they afford this? Do there sponsers pay for it? It's kind of lame how much talent these dudes have and they don't get payed anywhere near a hockey player or baseball ect.
 
most skiers travel to make films not solely for pleasure.Idk about figures but I don't think any of the top guys struggle at least for today 20 years from know might be different not much of a retirement if you can't manage your money. But once you get out of the top I would think its a pretty tight budget

 
Yeah, that makes sense man, and i guess if they have their own pro-model equipment and stuff it just one ups them? But depends on what they get from the company who sells it..
 
There has been threads about this before.

Anyways, I would assume that most of the pros that aren't pro anymore go into the business side of the ski industry, you know like working for companies they were sponsored by or other gigs.
 
well it depends on how smart the person is with investments. otherwise... how much dick can you suck? there's your answer.

i'd like to call it prostitution but others call it being professional athletes.

Because i was thinking Tanner Hall/Simon Dumont/And who couldn't forget Jon Olsson. Just because they are most well known.

most defiantly Jon is the most successful pro skier(in my opinion). there was a thread a few months ago about why that sums it up
 
do they actually make some sort of small commission or royalties on their pro model gear?
