this happened strangely often yesterday for some reason. some gapers think its a great idea to move right across the landing of a 55 footer to go greet their other gaper friends when skiers are coming hurdling at 70k from a couple dozen feet in the air. id call it natural selection.
yeah, when i ride a chair for 4 minutes to hit 2 shitty jumps i sometimes wonder why i even bother. i'd say 30% of the time i dont get to do a trick cause theres people either snaking me, swerving into the landing or just chillin on the jump
if you do go off and you/ the gaper actually gets hurt, who is like legally at fault? cuz sometimes i just wanna go and try to avoid them, and if i hit them a little its like oh well, your fault. but could i get my pass clipped or get sued by them?
It's kind of the same as if your jaywalking but you get hit by a drunk or speeding drive. It all comes down to who is more at fault. IMO its the gapers fault. They know that people will be using the jump they are standing inbetween and they are the ones at fault cause you can always claim that you didn't see them
