A mixed competition

How sick would it be if they had a fusion contest where at the top they had like half the length of regular comp pipe and it was like half pipe competition and then after they ride out to do like half a slope style event i.e. like a rail and two jumps. Therefore people that like wouldnt normaly qualify for slope like simon could show his stuff on jumps and people like wallisch who can obviously ski pipe judging by his 4bi9 so far so hood guap, give him a chance to show his shit in pipe

What do you say
 
I know I've seen one snowboard slopestyle competition years ago that started with a corner jump into a short pipe enough for two hits and after that came the jumps and rails.
 
I think that'd be pretty cool, but one problem would be edges. Pipe skis are kept sharp as fuck, and they would have to be detuned if there were rails in the course. So the pipe section wouldn't be as impressive.

I don't think having a superpipe in a course would flow that well, but maybe a quarter pipe thrown in the middle of a slopestyle course would be cool. Like have the course down a hill with a switchback, and have the quarter pipe be on the switchback.
