Does anyone know if A basin opened anymore runs? cause I went there last weekend and the weekend before and both times There was only one run and a box rail and c box
 
That pisses me off. Do you think loveland will be better at all?

cause I wanna skis something decent this weekend
 
Loveland has a tiny bit more terrain open in the fact that their run is a bit longer than the one at basin. But i went to loveland today and the snow kinda sucked but yesterday at the basin was sick. BUT basin is always more crowded because everyone has the 5 mountain pass, so no one is at loveland in comparison.
 
^agreed. ill be at the basin thursday again. i think its the better of the 2 right now. i think they are going to be opening the up high stuff very soon as well because the ski patroll has been blasting up there, and sliping the snow as well. hopefuly by thursday :)
 
a basin this weekend was fun i dont see the problem the linew will probably shorten this weekend hopefully

 
are you joking? pisses you off? most of the people on here wont even get to see one open trail for at least a couple weeks, and you are mad cuz you aren't gettin good conditions in october... garrrhh
 
i love it how everyone is arguing and stuff about what mountain is better and "the snow sucks" or "there isn't good rails up", take a second and don't take for granted all of this, i ski in rochester n.y at a small nice little mountain and we'll probably open in december or so so don't take for granted skiing..the rest of the country isn't skiing besides you guys soo if i lived in colorado i would be going insane and i wouldn't be near the computer, i would be skiing or hiking a pow run :)
