What is their park like right now. Since it will be the last park in CO open after this weekend, try to keep this thread updated so people know if it is still worth going.
 
i'm going up on saturday (6) but i don't know how it's gonna be because they are having this huck rock and roll deal...anyone know about this and if you have to enter before hand to hit the park?
 
i did that comp like 3 years ago. stupidest shit ever. i had toi wait like 2 hours to hit 2 rails and a 15 foot jump. the pathetic thing was that some pros were there lol
 
I was at the basin today.

The park isn't too bad.

There's only one jump, it's not huge but it's nice.

There's a df rail, dfd box, straight rail, c box, flat box, down box, A frame box, ufd rail.

And they put an up rail where the first jump was before. It's pretty damn sweet.
 
^did you see if that reverse cornice thing with the fence in front of it was hittable? Usually in the spring you can launch that thing... over the wooden fence. and its sweet. and is the pond skim formed yet?
 
pond skim hasnt formed yet, it hasnt been warm enough and theres a lot more snow than usual. I'd wouldnt be suprised if it didnt form at all or not until the last week or two.
 
This place got tons of powder yesterday, it was snowing again late this afternoon but not as much as yesterday. No slush at all, just bottom cpl of hundred feet soften a bit after lunch. No bare spots anywhere.
 
i really fucked up my arm at a basin on sunday. probaly done for this year and maybe early next year. and if anyone heard a car alarm going off for like 10 minutes that was me. i locked my keys in my car and had to break in with a screwdriver. it was snowing and cloudy while i was there. the second i decide to leave i fall and fuck up my arm. i get to my car and the sun comes out lol
 
haha yea me and my buddies were eating steaks in the parking lot and ur damn alarm wouldn't shut up. then it blizzarded. good times at abay.
