yeah a car show, something more intelligent than going to a bar and drinking.

As soon as you can do graphical design, build computers from scratch, succesfully write and run a website, run several computers with the Linux operating system on them, and edit digital video. All with enough knowledge to not only succesfully do those things, but also help other people do those things (and deal with all the other little tech support shit I have to hear about) Then come talk to me about how smart you are. I wouldn't call being a lawyer 'accomplishing' something in life. If you need a ton of money to really accomplish your goals, than perhaps you need to find new goals. I'm perfectly happy living a life of mediocre pay and half-assed jobs if it means I'll do what I love, and what I love is skiing. Being a lawyer doesn't automatically make you a smart person, nor does it mean you'll accomplish a lot.

im not going to get into your own personal argument that is going on right now... but as far as the car statments, aspen is completly off track, his post was going to bring confrontation and if he didnt realize that he is stupid, and 'The Fast and The Furios' was a movie bases on street racers who love the hobby, as i stated is the only way to be involved in it, with passion, street racing isnt just about slapping on parts and saying its a performance car, its about building the different element to create a fine tuned machine, and cavaliers can be performance cars too...... as far as your argument goes, your statment that it takes more smarts to become a lawyer than a computer promgrammer or graphic designer is completely and utterly stupid and false... lawyers use powers of persuasion to convince jury, if you can memorize tactics and study cases you can become a lawyer, i know people who can convince you a blue pen is red, i am good at persuasion myself, but they arent smart, you ask them the capitol of kansas and they sure as hell wont know, where as a graphic designer must have an eye, they are just as much of an artist as van gough, they have to be able to produce 'works of art' to sell their product... and a computer programmer, well they have to be smart to memorize all that code, there is so much intracate code involved and you cant make one mistake and you need to knowledge of how to analyze charts and data... considering andy can do this at 17 is amazing

basic, i'm not even going to reply to your statements, a third grader can spell better than you. and andy, you don't think becoming a lawyer is an accomplishment? i think graduating with honors, being selected to become a member of pi sigma alpha, being accepted to a prestigious law school(which i'm sure you couldn't get into), and earning a j.d. are all pretty great accomplishments. if you're happy with a mediocre job then that's fine but don't make mine out to be easy.

i debated whether or not to buy an integra or an audi, i ended up going for an '91 audi 90q and i love it. maybe not quite as fast, but the 20V is still a fun engine. its a super solid car and nothing beats quattro. the only complaint would be price of maintainence, but i knew that would be an issue when i bought it.

ok time to crack a can of whoop ass. Here is a link to a vid of a Geo storm with an engine swap from that car running a 10.90s drag run. As you can see, he doesnt even get a good launch, and his NOS wasn't working properly. His car dynoed 400bhp at the wheels. The best part - he's using STOCK pistons, rods and crank. Sit the fuck down bitch.

yeah, an engine swap. Not the same car. Just saying that the engine from that car is in it doesnt mean as much. It could have a lot of other things added to increase HP at the wheels.

Exactly. I payed $3500 CDN for my car and it eats RSX's for lunch. In a honda, you break rods with a 50 shot of NOS. You can make a Honda run 10's but it costs a small fortune. That Geo runs 10's with stock bottom end and porting with high tension springs in the head. The only other mods are fuel system, ECM, turbo, tranny, intake/exhaust and NOS. Now what do you drive, cuz mines faster, with Lotus suspension. Did I forget to mention that my car shares an engine with the Lotus Elan M100? Guess its not such a piece after all. Like I said, you are in over your head, stop before it gets worse.

andy - The Impulse RS engine is what is in that Storm. I drive an Impulse RS. Its not about the car - its about that engine the Isuzu 4XE1-T is one of the best engines ever made, certainly the best 4 banger ever made.
