Thats my point exactly. Nixon fucked up. He got exposed, and Democrats relished in the scandal because it meant more power for them. Republicans were shamed for years after the scandal. Scandals and coverups in our government are almost always exposed. Take the Libby trial thats going on right now. Parties will search out and expose whatever they can if it has to do with the other side. Thats why coverups within our government DO NOT WORK.
For what this video proposes to be true, it would take hundreds of people, many branches of the government and most importantly COOPERATION OF BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES for it to have a chance of success. While I agree that the 9/11 report was disturbingly sparse in actual answers, I dont think we need to fabricate a web of connections stretching across out government, inciting that we the people have been fooled. Yes, its a cool idea. But thats just it.
You for example site the two blasts heard. I have no idea what they could be. Neither do you past what you've been shown. Instead of jumping to the conclusion that they must be bombs, supporting the theory that the twin towers were brought down by our government, please stop to think. Lots of shit fell down that day. WTC 7 collapsed later that afternoon. Structural failures were occurring everywhere from the rubble and debris left by the collapse. Ever hear a structural I-beam snap? Steel has a huge tensile strength, and the energy released would be equivalent to a bomb, maybe even more so. But thats just me speculating. Same as you. I have no answers, but at least I can admit that rather than concoct hair-brained conspiracy theories. Yes, they make wonderful stories, but please, they are just that: fiction.
