All those skis you're looking at have pretty good general "all mountain " performance , it's really just what kinda waist and flex you're looking for . Im pretty sure the bdogs are gonna be the widest of the 3 so if you want a little extra width which can help stability on rails in the future , I'd pick those , in addition to the fact that the bdogs will be much softer flex-wise than the poachers and arv. Arv and poachers are pretty stiff skis but good skis either way . I personally think you'd have more fun on the bdogs once you learn more but then again I am into softer skis since I love to butter alot . You can't go wrong with any of those skis but make sure you get a decent length . More length means more ski to play with , and if you got the bdogs for example, the extra length would come in handy in the future if you wanna learn butters.

Just my take . Overall id go bdogs. More unique ski

And durability wise I feel those skis are all pretty average . I've seen people ride each of those skis for a good while so I wouldn't worry about that too much until you learn alot . As a beginner your skis won't get as much abuse as later on
