These bands are so incredibly good its crazy. New order has released a new lp this year too. I recomend!

 
joy division is not new wave.. but, it is 80's-ish.. but, anyway.. new order was formed after joy division and was kinda the start to the new wave scene. i am way into it.. if you really wanna know a lot about the beginning and a lot of thse bands, c heck out 24 hour party people.. actually is pretty true.

yeah i know joy division became new order. Joy division were new wave. they were as new wave as the smiths, i'd call it indie.
