Item 6: Zoom H1. Like new condition. Creates better audio than a rode videomic (with a dslr) with its built in mic alone, and when paired with a 3.5mm mic (rode VM, VMP, seinheiser, etc) it is stellar.

Comes with shoe adapter so it can go on the shoe mount of your camera. Also comes with an 8gb micro sd, case and adapter for the micro sd, a $40 dead cat windscreen which works great (google "red head windscreen")

Worth over $160 on Amazon

Selling for $80 SHIPPED

watch if interested

The WINDSCREEN I AM SELLING WITH IT!!! (Note: the H4n and H1 have extremely similar if not the same built in microphones)

I'm switching to a 70-200 IS, and just got a 16-35 for christmas and have a 50mm which renders the 24-105 range slow and somewhat pointless.

The tripod I acquired somewhat inadvertently, long story there.

SD Cards: I switched to a single 32gb card which I bought from a friend

Slik Tripod, not stable enough for video

Zoom H1, thought I would use it a lot more with my mke 400, but I find it a bit more of a hastle to use the h1 with the mke rather than just running the mke through my camera.

Some long stories, but that explains it haha

fair enough.

although i can't say i agree with selling the SD cards. never a bad thing to have extra cards around. but i am envious of the 32gb card, i need to get one of those.

for photo purposes, just went to hawaii and missed some shots from shakiness, and I scored a deal on one.

sort of unrelated to the topic, but i just want to know how old you are? if you are in high school, then it blows my mind how much camera equipment you have acquired. im just personally curious, i mean maybe if i didn't buy my car in high school i could have spent 6k on camera equipment haha.

back on topic, possibly looking at the 24-105 by the way, good luck on all the sells man

no hate man, just personally curious

I am 15, and in the last 12 months through wheeling and dealing camera equipment/jiberish and through all of my christmas and birthday money, I have earned about $2500, most of which I have spent on photo equipment. the total I spent on all of the stuff in this thread is about $1800

Right now the Zoom h1 is listed on b&h for $83 new. I'm not trying to be a douche bag, but I'm very interested but only if you'd lower the price :/

You got a 16-35 for Christmas? Wow, spoiled much.

And I would strongly advise against selling both SD cards. If you end up corrupting one, losing it or doing whatever that renders it useless you're going to be very happy that you got a spare one... Besides, it's only 20 bucks or so.

aw man, don't make me do this rant again....

some kids get nice stuff for xmas because their families can afford it. that's the way it is. chai is one of those kids, and he is incredibly stoked about receiving such a nice lens. that's called being lucky and grateful, not spoiled. spoiled is when you get nice shit and don't appreciate it. calling kids spoiled solely because they received something nice, even if they are grateful, makes you come off as extremely jealous and somewhat immature.

it was the old version used for $800. not the mark ii $1500 one... and it was my only present from my whole family.

MAY KEEP THE SD CARDS

and to be honest, if I had been just as appreciative and gotten the $1500 one, I dont see that as "spoiled" I was so stoked when I saw that my parents and relitives had gotten me this present and so thankful. My dad works in the real estate market and has recently had some rough years, and about a month ago he closed a big deal, and wanted to share the money he earned with me by getting me a nice gift for a hobby that i really love.

damn dude a 16-35 for christmas? you're soo lucky dude. Getting a tamron 17-50 was the one present i got for my b-day and that was pushing it so much. i feel luccky though props on your lens though dude!

*sigh* not this shit again...

Also, that Miller/Gitzo setup is a good deal. Someone jump on that.

wish i had the money for this, i'm in desperate need of a "not shitty" tripod... would you go cheaper if you didn't have to ship? i'm pretty sure you live in denver, and i live in evergreen, so yeah, how much then?
