^haah what. no i no its not 63 feet but thats what he said. i just felt like being an asshole. east coast is getting 3-6 inches tommorw HELLL yeah

haha i know. he said "63' inches".

I sure hope the thread creator is skiing 8 hours a day every day until those 63 inches of new are gone.

o hahhahah i didnt even see that all i saw was the 63'... didnt even see the inches next to it.

yeah creator you should be out skiing not on NS. hahah

I'm from Santa Fe man. I'm living in Telluride now, but the next time I head home I'm stopping off in Taos for sure.

feet of snow like this is a nightmare for restors. last april when sugarloaf got hit with 40 or 50 something in one storm they had to shovel out all of the lifts and them out with snow cats too. somehow a snowcat got stuck in all of the powdery madness and they sugarloaf had to take off one of its tracks and drag it out. I'm not familiar with taos but if they have the elevation for heli skiing i bet its insane right nwo.

no contest, 98" in one week span at silverton mountain. wolf creek wins the 24 hour total last week they got something like 51" in 1 mother fuckin day.

im sure we have too.. last december alone we got 300 inches, not sure how much you guys got but i know u got alot

I was just talking about this past week, dont be jumping the gun on total record snowfalls. i was just discussing this past week of epic proportions and not debating who has gotten the most ever anywhere in one week.

60" of colorado snow is way better than baker snow

Crested Butte Backcountry is going off, everything is stable and ready to go... probably over 100" out at Irwin in the last week and a half. It's DEEP.
