Heres the deal: I have 500 dollars to spend on a pair of skis.I have made several threads but I thought this might be the best way to do it

Preferably I would like to not spend all 500 but that up for consideration

I am 5'8 weight 150 ish and ski mount snow(icy and hard packed)

I want a ski that is good for jibs and jumps. also a light flex would be nice.

If you know a ski that would be a good buy please let me know.

+k to whoever that helps

If you want a flexy ski that can handle jibs and still be decent I'd recommend the domains, they're incredibly fun jib skis that are still fairly stiff underfoot. However if you plan on spending a decent amount of time out of the park the k2 recoil and line chronic are both decent all mountain flexy fun skis.

i will second the domains, they are amazing and should be easy to get under $500, i found pair with bindings at my local store under $500

Get the K2 domains! they are the best ski ive skied on for jibs and they are pretty stiff underfoot which is good there lots of fun and there bombproof with the 3.5 mm thick edges! i would definetly recommend them to you and the ski only costs 450! without bindings, great park ski real solid

I rode pipe cleaners on the east coast (VT- mt. snow, killington, jay, etc...) and loved them every step of the way, fast, handle like a race car, tons of pop, do well in any pow on the shallow side of 12"-15"... and did I mention they slay the park? They are my sunny day, no snow in the past week, ski in lake tahoe if that makes any difference.

Awesome ski for jumps and jibs, very light, tons of pop, very responsive, flexible but also very rigid at the same time. The kind of ski that wont chatter coming in hot to the bottom two jumps in inferno, but will also allow you to load them up and get some serious extra pop. Very interactive too, they will let you know exactly what the snow is like under your ski, and how it wants to deal with it. I am on my second pair looking forward to my third! personally I think this years graphic is ugly but who cares? Too much good to care what it looks like! hope this helps!

Excellent choice! I like that graphic alot, I am prone to darker graphics anyways. you can find them cheap too. O2 gear shop had a few a week or two ago for about $319 which is a great deal. but you can find them elsewhere for about $350 or so. I am 5'10 180lbs. and I like the 176 but to each his own.

go on d-structure online shop, that one of my local shop , they have amazing deal on 4frnt switchblade 2012.
