they come in 147, 167, 177 and 183. you should get the 177's. unless you want shorter ones go with 167 but i would say 177

i'm 5'7' and i have 160 AR5's. they are kind of short but i really don't know if I would be happy with a longer ski. go with the 167's

^no. it's more about how cool you are. The longer the skis, the cooler you are going to be on the mountain, even if you suck, you will be awesome

167 will be good for you. 177 might be too long

yea thats wat i was thinking, but im kinda leaning towards the ar5s 160 cuz armadas more of a top brand and more heard of and 4frnt is less any thoughts on wat skis?

 
..u seem like ur new to the whole newschool world>.. u probably like the whole armada scence cause of tanner and such..yes, aramda is a good brand but u just cant tell by looking at them..try em out and such

 
yea im ur right im kinda just beginning lookin at skis. to me it seems like armada is the top brand and 4 front is nasty but not as popular as armada thats y i dont know which ones to get? and this years ar5s look sick but next years stls look sick too

 
thats tough...i dont mean to get you away from those skis...but for a begginer in the park, the 4frnts or AR5's might not be the best option

 
but heres my view on it.... im kinda a beginner in the park and stuff and i see armada at the top and 4 frnt right there, ar5s this year are sick, and 160 will be good for me next year but they will be last years models cuz next years models suck thyere ugly, then theres next years stls which have sick graphics as well but i feel theyre not as popular as armada, and 167 will be a little big but theyll be good, and then theyll be brand new and they have bindings. so wat u think ?

 
what the hells is ur popular crap...ur obv a newbie for freesking and just ski cause u see riders like tanner hall riding them...just buy waht u wanna buy and some asking about it when u probably already hhave ur mind set...plus u dont need to get the 4frtnt bindings for 4frnt skis

 
dont judge what skis you buy by asking people over the internet you will get a bias opinion. compare the two. ar5 is a stiffer ski stl is softer. its personal preferance not whatpeopleontheinternettellme preference

 
the thing is i dont know how to actually compare them, i dont give a fuck about the core that thrye mad of or if theyre made our of wood or some shit. i want to try them out but i cant
