4frnts dying....

So i've skiied my new msps for 2 months now and the edges are starting to separate from the ski and are cracked in at least 5 different places. I only do park rails and nothing insanely harsh but I would think that 4frnts with their reputation of being pretty indestructable would hold up for more than 2 months. Its almost exacly the same thing thats happening to that guy who posted his wrecked 170's a week or 2 ago. Who else has been having problems like this? I just hope the nice folks at 4frnt can do a warranty or hook me up with a good deal on some new ones cuz these arent gonna last much longer... too bad cuz they're SUCH SICK SKIS. i still wouldnt want to ride anything else.

 
yeah they sure are sick... too bad you wont get them warenteed for slding rails. maybe its time to switch companies eh?

yeah i just bought larose tms because my stls blew apart... they are a really nice ski to ride... i just wish they would hold up better

 
if you think youve gotit bad, my ar5s, also after 2 months riding, are missing a combined 17 inches of edge, and about 2 square inches of base (thats a lot i think), but that still sucks for your skis. my friends stls lost their camber, so like the tip (toe piece to tip) kind sticks up

 
my friend's stls have held up awesome and we've been riding for 30 days non-stop now since he got them.

You must have one of the few defective type pairs. Mine are holding up fine, no prob what so ever. Only a few people get these. Contact 4FRNT just to see what they say. It won't hurt

 
this is 3rd or 4th season on my k2 enemy's and i can assure you that these skis are fucken tough

i actually raelly liked my MSPs last year, they held up great. the only reason i didnt buy them this year is because they cost too much now.

probably got a defective ski cause I've given more shit to my msps that I ever gave to all of my others ksis combined and all they have is 2 or 3 minot edges crack but that's normal considering we are slkiding long rails while it's -40 outside
