huge comp at hemlock valley march 6. sponsors include 4frnt, line, orage, dynastar, faction, mad dogs source for sports, jib culture, and possibly sms and scott. progressive format is session style. 5 or 6 jumps and rails, 5 hits on each, no individual runs. cash prizes as well. $20 entry fee. should be a dope comp. tlak of rex thomas and chris turpin and other pros to come out and ride with you in the park and judge. skiiers only. check it. hemlockvalleyresort.com for directions

 
can you elaborate on this '5 hits on each, no individual runs' ? what does this mean exactly? each jump/rail will be hit and judged inividually and seperately?

thats right. there will be 2 judges at each obstacle(3 rails and 2 jumps) you hike each thing and can hit it 5 times. then you hike the next thing. you are scored and the top 3 scores for each obstacle are given points. (1st=3 2nd=2 3rd=1) there are prizes for each obstacle winner and then there is overall winners by points. divisions are 18 and up below 18 womans open and sponsored. udner 19 needs parent signature( or fool us with your friends mom) helmets mandatory, and lift ticket mandatory, $20 entry fee, 32 lift ticket. lots of sweet prizes. belts shirts hats hoodies skis MONEY. come on over.

whats wrong with hicking? i dont care as long as its not pooring rain or something, jsut dress light. and that comp is gunna be off the hinges im gunna win myself some new skis. brian u should try to get ahold of amba he would come back to hemmy to do a comp fo show

you dont have to hike far. its only liek hiking a rail the way its set up. everything is beside each other. turpin is going to possibly judge. ryan, i dotn know if jeff has asked you yet, but would you like to judge as well?. word in: 4 hemlock seasons passes and some trouble makers have been added to the prize list. im goign to try and talk to abma this weekend. the only problem might be he is filming, hoepfully he will help out his old mountain:). see all of you there. ill be at grouse on saturday green puffy pants and charcoal jacket. im advertising up there so talk to me and ill tell you whats going on. if you see kjfreerider ask him whats up too, hes got a red orange yellow missionsix jacket and he will be there. shit loads of prizes and money to be won. check it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
