4FRNT Warranty Help

So my 05/06 STLs are delamming on the tips and I was goin to wait till the end of the season to see if it got worse and possibly warranthy them. But tonight when I was waxing my skis I noticed that the base and edge are separated from the ski starting around the heelpiece and going back toward the tail 8-10 inches. THe warranty page on the 4frnt site doesnt help much it says to take them to the dealer you bought them from and they will send them in but I bought mine from tramdock.com. They don't list an email adress either. Anyone whos done this before know who I could talk to or where to send my skis?
 
you'll probably have to go the shop nearest you who carries 4frnt and hope that they are cool enough to do it for you, most shops that carry 4frnt should be pretty chill though.
 
I have been trough this. Email 4FRNT and tell them what happened, how it happened and pictures. It worked for me, got free, new skis in like 2 weeks.
 
sorry that this doesn't help. but what do you think they do with all the skis people send back that aren't like totally broken or anything.
 
i think they inspect the ski to see how it broke and how they can improve the skis from there to make the design better
 
my stl's delaminated and it took them forever to send me new ones but i got em they sent me a brand new pair its really nice they do stand behind their products but personlay i will never buy a pair of their skis again they are GARB

4frnt isn't as generous as a big company like salomon with their warranty dept. but they really can't afford to. they'll replace your skis if it's truly a factory defect, but if you fucked them up, don't expect a new pair. they'll usually give you a deal on new ones though, like proform or whatever.

Then send them a mail and tell them what's wrong with your skis and ask what you/they can do, ask nicely. Then you can send at least 5 high quality photos of the damage(s)

I did that one year ago when the core on one of my MSP fractured and I got new skis, completely free within a couple of weeks. (It was in june and I live in Norway, how dope is that?)
 
i am in your same exact situation, but my sidewalls are like popping out of my ski, and my topsheet is delamed.

ANYONE KNOW THE EMAIL ADDRESSE FOR 4FRNT?! because its not on their site, and i havnt heard back from them yet after filling out the little thing they have on their site
 
If you could stop being a tard then you could read all the posts, sending mail to 4FRNT is not as hard as it seems.
 
my brand new t-halls are starting...to delam that is.... im just gonna ski them till they look like heath's, then send them back.
