4FRNT is a small ski company operated by a tight team of dedicated skiers. All employees wear many hats which is essential for the day to day success of the brand. This is a multifaceted position in which you will be exposed to a diverse list of responsibilities surrounding the marketing, sales, and product development related to this alpine ski business. It is a fast-paced job and requires a high-level of attention to detail, organization and very strong communication skills. We are looking for a very reliable, self motivated, hard working individual that will also be fearless and open minded when it comes to learning and adapting to new trends and techniques in digital marketing.

As one of the ski industries premium ski brands, 4FRNT has set a high standard for customer service. Candidates must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to speak knowledgeably about alpine ski products. A positive sociable personality is required. You must also be well versed on social media and have a strong base of knowledge on how to build and maintain strong brand presence in all forms of marketing. You will be held responsible for building out a robust editorial/publishing calendar that seamlessly fits in with 4FRNT’s other marketing initiatives and can be implemented across multiple digital platforms.

We also expect you to have a strong passion for skiing, this is vital to your success in this position and authenticity of the brand. You’ll be working under a Marketing Manager that will provide ongoing direction, working as a team to drive the brand initiatives. We REQUIRE a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and prior to hiring we will be talking with your previous employer to confirm you are one of the best employees they’ve ever had!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Work with athletes and the media to collect and organize all digital assets for marketing use.

Responsible for all email marketing using “Klaviyo” to schedule, create content, and analyze and improve results.

Curate, strategize and schedule all social media, poting 7 days a week, while responding to customers and analyzing results. You must have solid experience driving a social media account with strong copy and consistent branding

Posting and participation in online communities

Website content management updating products, entertainment, marketing callouts to drive sales, gather customer info and educate and reinforce 4FRNT’s products and brand position.

Oversee consumer reviews and respond and promote.

Contribute opinions on product performance and development on and off snow.

Create promotions to grow consumer its database

Work with a marketing agency running 4FRNT’s Google and Facebook ads to provide content, strategy and analyze results.

Learn new strategies to improve sales and marketing

Aggressively solve problems by searching out new solutions

Provide customer service, communicating with customers by email, website, Live Chat, phone calls, and social media.

Definitely would be interesting what the wage is for this. Burlington was an expensive place to live 12 year ago and I can imagine its atleast $800 a month for a spot.

From personal experience and living there the past 3 years that's definitely accurate if you split a place with at least another person in a 2 br. Any 1 bedrooms are outrageously expensive tbh 1400-1500
 
I live in Portland Maine, but would move to Burlington in a sec for this. Unfortunately I don't have 2 years marketing experience, but more than willing to learn, quickly!

Apply anyways my man. They build out JD's but it isn't a hard and fast script.
 
I meet all requirements but I'm pretty sure I can't cross the border, not even sure if I could get a proper visa. Guess I'll just sell weed or something.
