4bi9 ordered but not delivered after almost a month

Soooooo somewhen in January I've ordered a 4bi9 Grey Matter Hoodie in XL (which, as I know by now, better should have been an XXL anyways), I paid via paypal and the money must have arrived.

But until now, the hoodie hasn't arrived and 4bi9 won't respond to my email.

I live in Switzerland but it said delivery within approx. 2 weeks (which is possible, ordered from TTP a bit later and that stuff arrived already some weeks ago).

Anyone else had this kind of problem with orders from 4bi9?

Help/Advice/Enlightment much appreciated - thx y'all.

You put it in the right forum technically, but it just won't get the views you want. If you actually have not received any form of communication from their end or if they haven't even attempted to contact you I would make a new thread in Non-Ski Gabber calling them out. Thats real fucked up if they haven't given any info to you in a month..

4bi9 are slow in getting their gear shipped, i have bought t shirts, hats stickers etc in the past. They also don't send via the fastest shipping so your probably like me in the UK waiting three weeks for shipping.

you paid by paypal so give it a week and then raise it through them if the guys at 4bi9 still won't get back to you....
 
Hey man, so I have nothing do do with the selling or shipping of any of the stuff but I do know that a few weeks ago the postal service lost a few packages that had been shipped out and when one of the guys that does the shipping went in to talk to them they pretty much told him tough luck. I obviously don't know if one of those orders was yours but I can help and show this thread to someone who will know more than me.

That would be damn nice man.

When I look at the delivery status it says it's still in the US so I guess that must be because some packages got lost.

Would be nice to know what happens next, cool from you if you could look around and tell me!

Kutcher to the rescue! But my last t i bought from them took lik two days but i live in the us so.
 
sooo still no response from anywhere... 4bi9 if you out there - keep that hoodie, send the money back - I don't need another hoodie for the last 3 weekends of the season. k thx bye

Call em out in ski grabber where people will see and hopefully get the exposure to get it out to someone at 4bi9. Pretty fucked that they're pulling this kind of shit.

Didn't you say there was tracking? And its still in the US? What are they suppose to do if its lost in the mail? File a complaint with USPS/customs. Don't make two threads when you basically got your answer in this thread.

Even if it is lost in the mail, they are still responsible for communicating with him to come to a solution. I know you, like everyone else on this site, loves to jerk off the pros. But they fucked up and they owe him at least an explanation.

there is no solution that 4bi9 has to come up with, they did their part and shipped it out and now it's in usps's hands. Do you not know how that works? if he really wants to file a claim then he does it through usps. Even paypal won't get you your money back because there's really nothing the seller can do.

They did not fuck up at all if the dude has a tracking number, USPS has fucked up.

Learn how everything works before you start throwing punches.
