360 to 540s

The first time I tried a 540, I was so used to spinning 360 that I stopped at 3, then realized I was sposed to 5, tried to finish the rotation, but only got to about 483.9.. Yeah that one sorta hurt..my hip made a poppy noise. But after that I got them down pretty solid.

You definitly dont need to be able to grab your three to be able to do a 5. 5's are easy. You just have to have it in your head that you are going to do it, spin a tiny bit harder, and then when you see your landing just throw it to switch. You get to see you landing for a whole 270 too. Make sure you are comfortable with 180's too obviously.

Yeah, be comfortable with big floaty 3's over nice sized tables.

you dont need to, but be able to slow down and reeeally style out big 3's.

yea seriously, its not that hard. just visualize 1 more 180 and be very comfy with 3s.

all i did was throw a 3 and just kept looking over my shoulder. I was really really thinking about my head over my shoulder and it worked. If you're not looking over its not gonna work.
