360 questions

I landed my first 360 it’s the first vid. Then after that I landed another one really clean, I have a GoPro pov shot of it which I’ll attach later. My question tho is after I landed the really clean one, my 3’s started getting worse and worse. Everytime I did one my air control would get worse as you can tell in the videos. Was this because I was just getting more and more tired or is it just somthing I need to practice more. Any suggestions? Also I know that jump is big for a first 360 but it was my only option.

you were off by 359 questions. there was 1 question and the answer was you fell AND you got back up

focus on a smooth transition with your arms and your shoulders and hips alignment. should be a set and pop off the lip and then just keep looking. a lot of people start out with their arms straight out to the side while spinning the first few. this will stabilize you and then you can progress from there

also there are a ton on how to youtube videos on this that help a lot
