360 In The Park?

I'm been trying really hard to get 360s and I can get them sometimes in my backyard(if not I get really close) to flat but I don't have much speed. I want to try it in the terrain park now but is it any different than landing on flat? The jump I'm planing on trying it on is about 3 1/2 feet in height and 13ish feet to the knuckle is this a decent sized jump I should try it on? Should I first try landing some 360's off of some side booters if I can find any or off the hip? I could also maybe build a jump on the hill near me and practice there with more speed but it would take me awhile to pack the snow :/I did search bar this and couldn't find any like mine sorry if it is a repost though.

just spin to win... go fast, start by stetting your feet to pop hard, this will make sure you have the right axis and air time for the trick. through your arms to the side you spin and start spinning with your shoulders. look where you want to go, your lower body will follow. keep looking around your shoulder at the horizon, do not look down. spot the landing, be aware of where you are in the rotation, when you are approaching the end of the rotation look where you want to go and prepare to land, absorb the impact with a steezy afterbang. don't sike yourself out, commit and it will work out for you, do not worry about falling. falling means you are progressing and having fun trying new things, don't get frustrated and just have fun!

You have to just send it and commit to the spin. If you clear the knuckle you most likely wont get hurt. Landing flat is more dangerous; higher impact

my #1 tip is to keep your weight forward and feel the pressure on the front of your boots when you throw it. This will prevent you from landing backseat and will also help when you start throwing those big floaty 3s that everyone loves.

youll be fine trying that in the park. even if you case the landing its not gunna kill your shins or anything. just commit to it and suprise yourself

Ive been teaching my brother these so here is what i told him. Put pressure on the tongues of your boots, otherwise you will land backseat. Wind up with your arms and throw them perfectly sideways, a lot of people throw one up or down and get off axis when learning threes. Turn your head perfectly sideways, dont look down until you are about 270 around. Make sure to pop a little off the lip as you will get a little more time in air. Always clear the knuckle, falling at a higher speed is always better than falling on the flat. Good Luck!

I would try it off a small jump in the park on a soft day or off a side hit that is shaped more like a park jump

Dont do it off a jump in ur back yard do it off a 10 foot air jump. Start spinning after you feel ur bindings leave the jump, have enough speed, as you rotate spin straight not tweaked out. spot ur landing as your in the 180 position and lean forward and be confident.

13 feet might seem huge right now, but 99.9% of falls on a jump that small are harmless. Send it on the jump

Look over your shoulder and throw the trick into the jump, if you have the rotation in your backyard it should be no problem on the snow. Another mistake people make is they throw their trick while still on the lip of the jump, throw the three after you pop and it will be a million times easier to land because you will be in control while spinning.
