360 Help

I know this is definitely not the first post about 360's, but I really need some tips. I started pulling some 360's last time I went skiing. It went better than I thought and the rotation came fairly easy but I always end up landing backseat. I have heard the best way to fix this is to try to put pressure on the tongues of you boots, but this didn't help me very much.

Any Tips? I'm thinking I might need a better jump.

I would throw it on a jump for sure. Honestly you just need to practice and practice i also feel like you were looking at the ground look over your shoulder more. Check out jake millers tutorial

Keep your head up, don't look at the ground. Also focus on the pop rather than winding up your arms. And a better jump would definitely help. I found step ups to be the easiest when i learned 360s.

Ok Thanks, definitely going to try one on a jump this weekend, I think a lot more air will benefit me.

More airtime is better, also, you don't have to wind up your upper body as much as you may think. Just pop, turn your shoulders and spot the landing as it comes around. Also watch Jake Mueller's tutorial he helped me a lot.

i find that the bigger the jump, the easier it is. optimal is about 12 foot gap. you appear to be taking off back seat. when you pop really pop upwards and forwards and dont look at your feet. thats also weird because the takeoff is slanted
