30k?

what's the best way to get my pics down to 30K and still be able to see what's in them? I'm using Adobe PhotoDeluxe- it says they're less than 30, but then when I try and upload them, it won't let me. They're jpegs, too.

Try to keep the resolution under 100 dpi, and if you can (photoshop style) turn the quality down to 60%.
