any tips on doing a three swap?

i'm thinking of trying one tomorrow on a DFD

i'm sorry if this is in the wrong place but I couldn't find the trick tip forum

if you can 4 off a rail then you can do a 3 swap

Think of hitting the rail as a donkey rather than a dfd. If youre doing back 3 swap, then set it like a back 4 out.

I disagree. if you can do a clean 4 out than you can 3 swap. if your 4 outs are sketchy (landing back seat or front seat) you are going to have a bad time.

i think back 3 swap is easier

if you have a A-frame rail where ever you are skiing tomorrow than that would be the best rail to try it on

Dont set for a 3, set for a 2 then look at the rail and bring around the 90 to get locked in. Also pics or it didnt happen of course. Lets see a video.

I'm going up again tommorow. Hopefully the weather isn't so windy. Last time I went up the wind was so strong I was getting blown off rails. So if weather permits Tommorow I will get some footage of my attempts.
