3 stage rocker

I thinking of getting next life surface skis and im wondering if i should get 160 or 145 length because of the 3 stage rocker they may ski short. im 5'8

your pretty tall, and if you are looking at a kid skis you might still be growing..look into their adult skis, unless your like really little, or want a short ski..definatly dont go with the 145 thought..it would be like skiblading

dude i was jus in causwell 2 days ago and either of them would be way too small... im 4 inches taller than u and getting either the 189 one life or 184 new lifes... if i were you id go for the 172 watch life

if you ski AK, wouldn't you want a long ski. 175ish?

you should be using the 179 at the least im 5'8 and have 189 they do measure a few cm short though

Go for the 160

You're the exact same height as me! The 3 stage rocker definitely makes them ski MUCH shorter. I normally ride a 179 Watch Life, but for my pow sticks I go longer to 189 because I can get the agility and maneuverability of a shorter ski with the support of a longer ski. It also depends on how you like your skis; long/short/etc. If you're 5'8" I would definitely recommend at least a 179. I rode that size in park and pow last year and it worked wonders.
