3 cone drill and 20 yd shuttle

so has anyone ever done them under supervision?

i know all the stuff, blablabla, but one thing i cant figue out is if you have to touch the imaginary plane constructed by the pylon with your HAND ONLY or if you have to STEP ON IT too.

my short google research results in that you only have to touch with your hand, but a lot of guys on youtube step on or OVER the line actually.

so if anybody ever did it under semi-legit supervision, it would be nice if someone could tell me.

its just the hand. The hand is easier than the feet, therefore if you do that you don't need both
