So, I'm just talking about a regular 270 onto a rail, not lip or anything, I just don't understand how it is done. I can 270 onto non-urban down rails, and hit urbans decently, what's the trick to them. I normally come in then spin and just tap my tails on the rail. I dont know...

Also, while I'm at it, how do you lipslide? I don't know how to approach it...

I also need some help here is a video of me trying it twicestart it at 1:20 (not very good skiing dont watch whole thing)

ok i also have a question on this matter, don't wanna make another thread but its kinda complicated so bear with me.

so I spin left and slide rails left foot foward. its wierd but i can't change now.

So you would think a 270 on would be easy for me cuase im spinning natural and sliding a rail natural but it doesn't work like that. whenever i try to spin onto an urban style rail it feels awkward and i fall back. this is because i have the pop down spinning right onto a rail. so now im thinking that i should just spin right onto the rail because it feels more natural but im not sure. What should i do?

To 270 on to an urban rail, get a bit more speed than you would usually to slide an urban rail. First off, I usually come on on a little angle, than I pop and spin 90 over the rail (like you normally would) and once you are over the rail I spin the rest. Thats how I do it and it works for me.

Well said Dr.Dre. All you have to concentrate is getting over the rail. Pop and go 90 then 270 on it will help you a bunch. Lipside is a little trickyer. First of all you pop as if you were going lipside, you spin 90 then spin the reste once your over the rail. And and it's also not a bad idea to carve to the rail although it is a little awkward
